REGULAMIN NEWSLETTERA pl

§1 Postanowienia ogólne

  1. Niniejszy regulamin określa zasady korzystania z usługi newslettera prowadzonej przez Justyna Dubrowska Art NIP: 7831886636, adres e-mail: kontakt@justynadubrowskaart.com, za pośrednictwem strony internetowej www.justynadubrowskaart.com (dalej: „Administrator”).
  2. Usługa newslettera jest świadczona bezpłatnie przez czas nieoznaczony.
  3. Regulamin newslettera udostępniany jest nieodpłatnie na stronie internetowej i umożliwia jego pozyskanie, odtwarzanie i utrwalanie.

§2 Definicje

  1. Newsletter – usługa polegająca na wysyłaniu informacji e-mail zawierających treści edukacyjne, handlowe lub marketingowe dotyczące działalności Administratora.
  2. Użytkownik – osoba, która zapisała się na newsletter i wyraziła zgodę na jego otrzymywanie.
  3. Formularz zapisu – formularz dostępny w Sklepie, umożliwiający zapis na newsletter.

§3 Warunki korzystania z newslettera

  1. Aby zapisać się do newslettera, Użytkownik:
    • podaje adres e-mail,
    • akceptuje Regulamin Newslettera,
    • wyraża zgodę na przetwarzanie danych osobowych w celu otrzymywania newslettera.
  2. W ramach newslettera Administrator może przesyłać:
    • informacje o nowych wpisach, materiałach edukacyjnych lub promocjach,
    • oferty produktów i usług,
    • treści marketingowe.
  3. Zapis na newsletter jest dobrowolny.

§4 Wymogi techniczne

Do korzystania z newslettera niezbędne są:

  • dostęp do internetu,
  • urządzenie z przeglądarką internetową,
  • aktywny adres e-mail.

§5 Rezygnacja z newslettera

  1. Użytkownik może zrezygnować z newslettera w każdej chwili, bez podania przyczyny.
  2. Wypisanie następuje poprzez kliknięcie linku „Wypisz się” dostępnego w każdej wiadomości newslettera lub poprzez wysłanie wiadomości e-mail na adres: kontakt@justynadubrowskaart.com.
  3. Rezygnacja jest skuteczna natychmiastowo.

§6 Ochrona danych osobowych

  1. Administratorem danych osobowych Użytkownika jest Justyna Dubrowska Art.
  2. Dane osobowe przetwarzane są w celu realizacji usługi newslettera.
  3. Podstawą przetwarzania danych jest zgoda Użytkownika (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO).
  4. Użytkownik ma prawo wglądu, poprawienia lub usunięcia swoich danych oraz wniesienia sprzeciwu lub żądania ograniczenia przetwarzania.
  5. Szczegółowe zasady przetwarzania danych opisane są w Polityce Prywatności dostępnej na stronie Sklepu.

§7 Reklamacje

  1. Użytkownik ma prawo złożyć reklamację związaną z funkcjonowaniem newslettera.
  2. Reklamacje należy przesłać na adres e-mail: kontakt@justynadubrowskaart.com.
  3. Reklamacje będą rozpatrywane w terminie do 14 dni roboczych.

§8 Postanowienia końcowe

  1. Administrator zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany niniejszego regulaminu z ważnych przyczyn, takich jak zmiany prawne, techniczne lub organizacyjne.
  2. O zmianach Użytkownicy zostaną poinformowani e-mailem.
  3. W sprawach nieuregulowanych niniejszym regulaminem mają zastosowanie przepisy prawa polskiego.

§1 General Provisions

These Newsletter Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the newsletter service provided by Justyna Dubrowska Art, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 7831886636, e-mail: kontakt@justynadubrowskaart.com, via the website www.justynadubrowskaart.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”).

The newsletter service is provided free of charge for an indefinite period.

These Newsletter Terms and Conditions are made available free of charge on the website and allow users to access, reproduce, and store their content.

§2 Definitions

Newsletter – a service consisting of sending e-mail messages containing educational, commercial, or marketing content related to the Administrator’s business activities.

User – an individual who has subscribed to the Newsletter and consented to receiving it.

Subscription Form – a form available on the Store’s website that enables users to subscribe to the Newsletter.

§7 Complaints

Users have the right to submit complaints regarding the operation of the Newsletter service.
